Analysis of Occurrence:

The average concentrations of the nuclides whose LLD's were greater. than ETS for
~l each Sample S,tation were below the preoperational 95 percentile concentration.
Therefore, there has been no undetected damage to the environment adjacent to Crystal River Unit f3.
Corrective Action:

_ Analysis procedures are being revised to allow for longer count -times and better 1
calculations of. background counts. These will lead to LLD's which should be below the ETS' limit.
