' Identification of Occurrence:
Failure to collect and analyze milk samples from Sample Station C-47.

Description of Occurrence:
Contrary to ETS 3.2.2, milk was not collected from Sample Station C-47,

4 Designation of Apparent Cause:

l Because milk was unavailsble at the critical sample station (C-49) it was i
assumed that milk need not b'e collected from C-47, since there wos1d be nothing with which to compare it.
Analysis of Occurrence:
Milk collected by the State, of Florida, Dept. of Health & Rehabilitative Services, Radiological Laboratory during this period and collections by the University of Florida since have shown no reportable increases in the radio-activity of the milk.
Corrective Action:
It was stressed to the University of Florida that even though a critical path-way was not sampled, the control sample should still be collected.
Failure Data:
This is the first report for this type of failure.
