Your letter of July 18, 1973 outlined a fuel rod irradiation program which you propose to implement in Oconee Unit 2 Core 1.
We find the proposed program acceptable and conclude that the effect on the reactor and its safe operation during transient, steady-state and accideat modes is insignificant.
