In accordance with your letter dated November 9,1979, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, NRC Materials License No. SNM-1863 is hereby amended to authorize use of the high density spent fuel storage racks for storage of new fuel assemblies.
Accordingly, Condition 9A of License No. SNM-1863 is revised to add the date of November 9, 1979.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
