Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
, Omaha Public Power District received the Commission's letter dated October 31, 1980, which detailed the criteria and implementation schedule for all TMI related tasks approved.for implementation. For Action Plan Item II.K.3.30, the Commission requested a detailed outline of the scope and schedule to meet the requirement. Accordingly, the District's response is provided below.
The District is participating in the C-E Owner's Group to sponsor prepara-tion of prediction of LOFT Test L3-6. Documentation of the C-E Owner's Group's plans for such test prediction and response to related NRC require-ments is provided in Reference (2).
Because of the importance of these tests in evaluation of the adequacy of present small-break LOCA models, the District feels that it is inappropti _
