SUMMARY

STATEMENT:

4 Crystal River Unit 3 operated near full power until the 13th of the month with the exception of one. outage and four power reductions. From October 13 to October 29 power was limited by a faulty governor valve and there was an additional power reduction un-related to the governor valve.
