With regard to the matters discussed, we understand that you have taken or plan to take the actions described in the attachment to this letter.

i your understanding of these actions is not in accordance with the attachment to this letter, please contact this office immediately by telephone and in writing.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of the control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials, and facility security procedures are exemot from disclosure; therefore, the attachment to the letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
