License No. DPR-3 Amendment No. 5 License No. DPR-3. as amended, which authorizes Yankee Atomic Electric Company to possess and operate its nuclear power facility located at Rowe, Massachusetts, is hereby further amended as fol-lows:

Add Subparagraph 3. A.(1) to read as follows:
