The amendment autliorizes operation located at Rowe, Massachusetts.
of the facility at a maximum steady state power level of 600 mega-watts thermal as requested by the licensee in an application for license amendment dated July 17, 1963. The previously authorized maximum steady state power level set forth in the technical speci-fications was 540 megawatts thermal.
