- NCR 1234 - SECOND INTERIM REPORT The subject nonconformance was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector H. Thomas on August 8,1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was followed by our first interim report dated September 8,1980. T7A is t
awaiting an assessment of this deficiency by the vendor, Gould-Brown Boveri, along with their proposed corrective action.
We expect to submit our next written report by January 16, 1981. We consider 10 CFR Part y to be applicable to this nonconformance.
