that is located within the exclusion area of the Yankee Atomic Generating

Station. This parcel of land would be used to provide a new roadbed for Ni a traveled way. Your request is in accordance with the requirements of i
paragraph A in the Technical Specifications appended to facility License j
No. DPR-3.
To continue our review of your request (Proposed Change No. 121), we need a detailed plan of the facility exclusion area which identifies the location of the parcel of land you plan to sell.
You should also T
include the routing of the existing and the future traveled way in y
these respective locations relative to the exclusion area boundary.
