Management Meeting, Report No. 70-1100/80-08 This refers to your meeting with Mr. Walter G. Martin, Chief. Safeguards Branch, Region I, at the Windsor. facility on August 21, 1980. The meeting, attended by yourself and other members of your staff and by Mr. Martin and other members of the NRC staff, was convened to discuss the Nuclear Material Control and Accounting program at the Combustion Engineering Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing Facility.
The enclosed report documents the meeting results.
Based on the results of this meeting, an Immediate Action Letter was issued which detailed three specific actions that, it was understood, you agreed to complete.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of the con-trol and ' accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility: security-procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the enclosure to this letter will not be placed.in the Public Document Room.
