Tech Spec Table 3.3.3-2, Item 4.e requires that the core spray pump discharge pressure switch i

setpoint be 2100 psig decreasing.

The cause of this event was switch setpoint drift.

The switch, a Barksdale l

lbdel B2T, was recalibrated per HNP-2-5279, Barksdale Pressure Switch Calibration.

1 The switch was then functionally tested successfully ~ per HNP-2-3206.

This is not a repetitive event.

A generic review of the event did not-reveal any inherent problems. A different type switch is used in this application on Unit I.

No.significant occurrence Udok place as a result of this event.

There were no effects upon public health and safety due to this event.

The unit-is now in full compliance with the requirements and no fuither. reporting is required.
