This refers to your letter dated August 21, 1980 in response to our letter dated August 1, 1980.
We acknowledge:
- 1) receipt of your check in the amount of Twenty-one Thousand Dollars in full payment of the civil penalties proposed in our letter referenced above; and 2) your letter informing us of the additional corrective actions taken.
Based on the results of future inspections of your licensed activities, including the implementation of the corrective actions as described in your letter, we will determine whether any further enforcement action, such as modification, suspension or revocation of your license is appropriate.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
