\\/I APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Georgia Power Company License No. DPR-57 Plant llatch Based on the h3C inspection May 13 - June 9, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indi-cated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Technical Specification 6.8.1, procedures controlling the operation of safety related systems are required to 'ae implemented. Plant procedure HNP-1-1117, residual heat removal service water (RHRSW) requires motor bearing cooling water valves to be open.
Contrary to the above and as reported by the licensee, motor bearing cooling water inlet valves were found improperly shut on ' A" and "B" RHR service water pumps on May 10, 1980.
This is an infraction.
