Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No. 50-237 Based on the inspection conducted on September 20-22, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC require-ments, as noted below. The item below is a deficiency.
Contrary to Technical Specifications 6.2.A.2, the licensee failed to adhere to an approved refueling operations procedure DFP 800-1, during September, 1977, in that personnel on the refueling floor work area had loose objects in their pockets and did not tape monitoring badges and pencils in place.
