Branch Inspection Summary:
Areas Inspected: Physical inventory, storage and internal control and shipping and receiving.
The inspection involved 58 inspector-hours on site by two NRC inspectors and was begun during the regular hours.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the three areas examined during the inspection except for the following two items.

(Deficiency) Measurement data were not entered on the original NRC-741 forms issued for shipments of scrap (80-08-01).
