This letter is in response to the findings noted in the referenced inspection report received on June 30, 1980, regarding the inspection conducted by Mr. D. W. Jones of your staff on June 2-6, 1980.
During the course of the inspection, two apparent items of noncom-pliance were identified.
Since the response is exempt from disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d), specific discussion of these findings is being forwarded as Attachment 1 to this letter.
