In accordance with your application dated June 11, 1980, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Condition No.10 of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1097 is hereby amended to add the new storage building described in your application as an authorized place of use.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
For your information, a copy of the Safety Evaluation prepared in support of this amendment is enclosed.
