Dear Sir:
With respect to your letter of July 30, 1980 Florida Power apologizes for not responding appropriately. However, the review of our files has not located the June 18, 1980 letter to which you referred. On July 31, 1980 this matter was discussed with our Project Manager in ONRR. Apparently the resolution arrived at in that conversation was not forwarded to your office.
Ihe license fee requested by your letter was to have been rmitted when a revised analysis was transmitted to ONRR. However, this no longer appears necessary.
Iherefore, please find attached a check for $4,000 dollars.
