U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATOR) cO%1MI55 TON EXPORT ~ LICENS E 0136 Conditions License Number Condition 1 - 1.icensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmester two ccpies,in addi-tien to those otherwise required, cf the Shipper's Expert Dec!cretion covering ecch expert cnd mark one cf such ecpies fer trer.smittet to the U.S. Nuc;ect Regu-Ictory Commission, Wcshington, D.C. 20555. The fellowing dec!cretion should oc-company or be placed on the Shipper's Export Declcrotions for such exports:
"This shipment is being mode pursucnt to specific license number (specific license number; filed et (location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of license), and the unshipoed oclence remcining en this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this dec!crction.'
Condition 2 - Exports authorized in any country or destinction, except Country Groups C, S. W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370, Suppiement No.1, ef the Cor prehens ve Execrt Schedule of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclecr content of the meteriol.
Condition 4 - The material to be exported under this license shc!! be shipped in accordance witn the physical protection requirements for specici nuc!ecr metenol in 10 CFR 73.
Condition 5 - Special nuclear material cuthorized fer expert unde
- this license shcIl not be transported outside the United States in pcssenger ccrrying circrcft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 groms or 20 cunes. wh;chever :s fess, of plutonium or uranium 233, or (2) 350 grams of uranium 235.
Condition 6-This licen:e cuthorizes export cnly and does not cuthorize the receipt, physicci possession, or use of the nuclear morenal.
Condition 7 - The licensee shall complete and submit on iJRC Form 7 sl for each shipment of source material exported under this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shall cdvise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo-tion of the company who will package the nuclecr material to be exported under this license, or any change in the location of the packcging operation, of lecst three weeks prior to the scheduled date of export.
