Gentlemen:
In response to your request, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company is providing the following information:
1.
Please provide your schedule for the performance of ILRTs to be conducted
. during the second ' Unit 2 10-year ISI interval.
p Our current approved schedule 'has the ILRTs planned for the spring of 1990, the spring of - 1994 and during the 20-year 151, which is scheduled for the spring of 1997-(but which may be postponed until 1998). This schedule meets Appendix J and Technical Specification requirements.

Please - provide the combined ; Types B and C test results, and individual test results - for all penetrations providing direct access from inside containment atmosphere -to outside the containment atmosphere, The combined Types B and C test results in the "as found" condition are 734,401 SCCM This includes the test failure of Penetration No. 9 at 382,320 SCCM at 20 psi. The individual air to air test results are provided in Attachment (1).

Provide a commitment to perform the containment inspection required by Appendix J and provide the results of this inspection in writing prior to core alterations.
We will perform a = containment inspection similar to the one described in Section V.A of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J. The inspection will not constitote the beginning of the ILRT. The results of this inspection will be provided to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission prior to any core alterations at Unit 2.
