SUSJECT: REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT On November 6, 1989, the NRC administered one written requalification examination to an' employee of your organization, who did-not pass the previous NRC Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station Recualification W;'itten Examination of May 1989. The operator, who was retestec, successfully passed the NRC Requalification. Examination in accordance with the criterion of NUREG-1021, ES 601.
