Mr. W. K. Lancaster of this of fice on September 25-29, 1989, of the activities
. at the Seabrook Nuclear Station, Seabrook, New Hampshire, authorized by NRC
License NPF-56, and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Lancaster
with Mr. B. Drawbridge of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
' Areas examined _during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and

representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the

inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed; however,
several potential weaknesses were identified that require licensee attention
to maintain the effectiveness of the security program. These are discussed in

accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 (Safeguards Information). Therefore, the
