- and representative; records . interviews- with personnel,. and observation of
- activities in progress.
7The. Diagnostic Evaluation Team. Report (dated August 2,- 1989).; findings were
reviewed during:this inspection for enforcement actions.
The review of these

s findings indicate that certain activities ' appeared to violate NRC requirements
and are identified-in the enclosed Notice of Violation. Your letter to the NRC-

-dated September 27, 1989, provided actions planned to resolve-these findings.
Your ' resolutions- were found to be satisfactory; therefore, no further response -
is. required.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the.NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosures
- will be placed in the NRC- Public Document Room.
