Your letter dated January 8,1980, filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) cited an administrative error made in Table 3.3-5 item 13.b of your submittal for North Anna Unit 2 dated January 29, 1979 (Serial No. 711A/120178), and requested a change in the Technical Specifications for North Anna Unit 1.
The change was approved on May 19, 1980, by the OliRR staff as Amendment No. 18 to Facility Operating License NPF-4.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.22 did not accompany the application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a review of your request, it has been determined that a Class II fee of $1,200 is due because the review assor.iated with the issuance of Amendmerit No.18 was considered to be administrative in nature.
It is requested that your Company promptly remit the $1,200 to this office.
