We have reviewed your response to our November 9,1979 letter c'oncerning those portions of your ECCS evaluation models, dealing with fuel cladding swelling and incidence of rupture.
We find that you have adequately confirmed the representations made in your behalf by your fuel supplier. We, therefore, conclude that your response is acceptable and that no further action is necessary.
