The proposed Control Rod Withdrawal Limit For 4 Pump Operations (Figure 3.5.2-1A2) after 250 + 5 full power days of operation has not been included in this change since it does not conform to the Interim Acceptance Criteria for ECCS and your proposed Final Acceptance Criteria (Appendix K) Technical Specifications have not yet beau approved.
Copias of the related Safety Evaluation and the Federal Engister Notice are also. enclosed.
