Dear Mr. Hoffman:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 33 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your request dated July 7, 1980.
The amendment changes the surveillance requirements for verifying the operability of the power operated valves in the containment spray system.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance is also enclosed.
