Woodsmall, III 49 80-20 (A) 7/19/80 Ti=e: 1600 began ra: ping load down at 4%/ min. because of water in instrument air lines. The loss of air led to losing I feedwater control which resulted in a feed flow / steam flow misnatch'and "A" S/G lov level; causing a turbine trip / reactor trip. All feed water control air lines for Unit 1 were blown down.
