JUSTIFICATION The justification for these proposed technical specification revisions consists of the attached errata and addenda sheets to the applicable Loss-of-Coolant Accident analyses. Additionally, GE has evaluated the peak pellet exposure expected during the current operating cycle as part of the reload license amendment and has concluded that the peak will not exceed 40,000 MWD l
