This Application requests the addition of seicmic monitoring instrumentation operability and survell".ance requirements as requested by Mr. T. M. Novak of the Regulatory Staff in a letter dated July 1, 1980.
Pursuant to Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, there is enclosed a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $1,600 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
