APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Georgia Power Company License No. CPPR-108 CPPR-109 Based.on the NRC inspection. June 10-12, 1980, certain of your activities were

apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These it.ams have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31,-1974.
As required by Criterion V of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and as implemented by-Georgia Power Company PSAR Section 17.1.5, " Activities affecting quality shall be prescribed by documented instructions, procedures, or drawings...."
Contrary to the above, Procedures DC-A-01, DC-A-06 and GD-A-30 do not establish responsibility for obtaining vendor drawings required to complete material receipt inspections. On June 11, 1980 it was determined that the following receiving inspection reports were incomplete due to lack - of vendor. drawings.
