Dear Mr. Goodwin:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 46 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated January 5,1979, as supplemented February 22 and November 5, 1979.
The amendment approves the use of the Westinghouse Improved Thermal Design Procedure and the WRB-1 Critical Heat Flux Correlation for the Trojan facility.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also
