Alabama Power July 29, 1980 re scarem erefre system Docket No. 50-364 Director Nuclear Reactor Regulation U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D.C.
20555 Attention:
Mr. A. Schwencer RE: Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant - Unit 2 Staam Generator Tube Integrity Gentlemen:
In response to the criteria for plugging condenser tubes discussed by conference telephone call with the NRC on July 24, 1980, Alabama Power Company agrees to add feedwater limits on pH and cation conductivity.
Accordingly, Table 12 of Procedure FNP-0-CCP-102, '*4ater Chemistry Specifi-cations", has been revised to reflect the addition of feedwater pH and cation conductivity limits. Also, Procedure FNP-2-A0P-25.0, " Condenser Leakage" has been changed to reflect the additional feedwater limits.
If you have any questions, please advise.
Very truly youn.,
