4 In accordance with Reference (b) please find enclosed the revised Vermont Yankee Licensed Operator Training and Retraining Programs.
These procedures are presently in the review process at Vermont Yankee.
The programs will.be issued as procedures when your review and approval is completed.
Please be assured that our present continuing programs, both initial training'and retraining, have been modified to address the Ref.
