We have completed our review of your " Report on Replacement Assembly 3A3h" dated March 26, 1976 and " Supplement to Report on Replacement Assembly 3A33" dated May 4, 1976, 1
We find acceptable your proposal to use replacement fuel assembly 3A33 during first cycle operation of Crystal River, Unit 3 (CR-3).
The information, analyses, and data submitted by you concerning the subject fuel assembly has been found to be in accordance with NRC approved methods, codes and design limits.
Our evaluation for first cycle operation with fuel assembly 3A33 will appear in Supplement No. 2 of the CR-3 Safety Evaluation Report.
