Nuclear Plant Superintendent Crystal River Huclear Plant P.O. Box 1228 Crystal River, Florida 32629 Gentlemen:
..We have reviewed the six senior operator license applications and two operator license applications for the Crystal River Nuclear Power Plant. We find the applications to be in order, except Mr. Nichols failed to sign his application. Please have Mr. Nichols submit three copies of a signed application.
We have reviewed your request for waiver of portions of the examina-tions. He have determined that all waivers will be granted with the following exceptions. Based on the review of the information contained in Mr. Henderson's docket, we will require that he be administered the senior operating test as well as the senior written examination. We will also require that Mr. Nichols be administered the senior written examination.
