FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION, CRYSTAL RIVER 3 (DN 50-302), 'ONTAINMENT DOME SEPARATION - REQUEST FOR TRANSFER OF LEAD RESPONSIBILIIY FPC has discovered a separation of the concrete of the containment doce.

(Morning report April 19, 1976)

The utility is currently investigating the extent of damage and evaluating methods for repairing the structure.

Enclosed is a copy of the preliminary notification issued by Region II on April 19, 1976, and the preliminary 50.55e report from FPC, dated April 21, 1976.

It is requested that lead responsibility for review and acceptance of the repair method be transferred to Licensing.
