FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION, CRYSTAL RIVER 3, DOCKET No. 50-302 - UPDATE STATUS OF COMPLETION This memorandum updates the status of completion of construction and preoperational testing of Crystal River 3 as determined by IE inspec-tions conducted through February 6, 1976.
Previous status was provided by memorandums dsted December 22, 1975, and February 3, 1976.
FPC is presently in the process of preparing a composite punch list of all outstanding items that must be resolved and/or completed at various milestones. The inspection modules that remain open (percent complete less than 100%) are identified in attach =ent 1 by module and completion status.
Pending satisfactory resolution of the items listed in paragraph A below and others that may be identified as a result of completing the inspection program, Region II will make a finding that the f acility has been substantially completed in conformity with the construction permit and application.
Presently identified open items requiring resolution prior to initial criticality are listed in paragraph B.
