to Docket No. 50-302 Enclosed are three (3) origiaals and nineteen (19) conformed copies of Amendment No. 38 to the Application for Licenses for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant. Also enclosed are an additional eighty-one (81) copies for a total of 103 copies as areviously furnished for your distribution.
Amendment No. 38 consists of revised pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report. Specifically, Amendment No. 38 contains revisions to Section 14.0, Sa_fety Analysis; a complete revision of Appendix 148, Evaluation of Purging as a Means of Controlling Post Accident Hydrogen Accumulation based on the new meteorological data that was collected during the period from January 1,1972 to December 31, 1972; and revisions to Appendix 128, Emergency Plan, which include the Letter of Agreement between Shands Teaching Hospital and Florida Power Corporation, and Tab 4, Appendix II, of the State of Florida Radiological Response Plan, Evacuation Procedures Related to the Crystal River Nuclear Plant Site.
