Enclosed are three (3) originals and nineteen (19) confonned copies of Amendment No. 39 to the Application for Licenses for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant. Also enclosed are an additional eighty-one (81) copies for a total of 103 copies, as previously fur-nished for your distribution.
Amendment No. 39 consists of revised pages to the Finoi Safety Analysis Report and Supplement No.1 contained therein.
Specifically, Amendment No. 39 contains revisions to Section 13.0 Initial Tests and Operations; and revisions to Section 15.0 Technical Specifications to include Technical Specifications 15.4.2.1 Structural Integrity and 15.4.11 Hydraulic Shock Suppressors (Snubbers) Inspection.
In addition, Amend-ment No. 39 contains revisions to Section 12.0 Conduct of Operations, Appendix 12A Technical Qualifications, and Appendix 12B Emergency Plan, to incorporate new organizational changes.
