The enclosed memorandum (with attachment) from R. C. Inop, dated E A r 10, 1976, states that the Tolede Edison Company has deleted the Natural Circulation Test pianand for performance during the startup testing phase of Davis-Besse 1.
The Natural Circulation Test is listed as a required test in Regulatory Ceide 1.68.
We recommend that the Matural Circulation Taat be included in the startup test program for Davise-Besse 1.
