and ti.e letter of July 9,1975, signed by William O. Parker, con-L cerning methods of closing the waste discharge valve referred to in Appendix A Technical Specification 3.9.7.
It is our ophion that the administrative method by which you are presently controlling the subject valve is equivalent to the automatic closum system described in the specification.
In order to clarify the sitation, a technical specification change is being processed.
