i-This confirms the arrangements made between Mr. J. S. Warren of Duke Power Company and Mr. A. R. Herdt of my staff concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted in the Region 11 office on October 20, 1989, at 1:00 p.m._
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss your recent problems associated with the Control Room Ventilation System and the Annulus Ventilation Systems.
Specific areas we would like you to address are identified in the enclosure.
