Dear Mr. Collins:
Enclosed is a copy of Jersey Central Power and Light Company's three Reactor Operator Training Programs. These are being submitted to your office as requested by Harold R. Denton, Director, Office of 4
Nuclear Regulation, in his March 28, 1980 letter to all power reactor 1
applicants and licensees.
These training programs have been recently revised to confirm to the short range criteria outlined in the attachments to Mr. Denton's aforementioned letter. These programs are now being implemented.
We will reorganize the training staff shortly and have included the new titles in the revised programs. Until this reorganization takes place the duties of the Manager of Training will be performed by the Director Station Administration. Also, the duties of the Technical Training Manager and the Supervisor Operator Training will be performed by the Training Supervisor.
