REORGANIZATION OF THE OFFICE GF MUCLEAR REACTOR REGULATION Effective April 28,1g80, the Office of Nuclear Ratctor Regulation was reorganfred. A necessary period of transition from the old responsibilities and interfaces to the new is being made with a minissa of disruption to on-going activities.
