Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1 Docket No. 50-313 License No. DPR-51 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION 3ased on the results of the NRC inspection cenducted during the period June 25-27, 1975, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full cenpliance with your Reactor License or NRC Regulations as indicated below:
"hFICIENCIES
. Contrary to Section 6.12.3.2 of the Arkansas Nucle.ir one-Unit 1, Technical Specifications, a written report of Unusual Event 15/02 was not submitted within the 30 day required period.
This deficiency was identified by the inspector.
