Enclosed for your review and approval is a proposed change to Technical Specification Table 4.1-3.
His change requires gross radioiodine analysis on the Reactor Coolant System three times per week for the remainder of ANO-1, cycle 1.
As noted on page 4 of our report on surveillance specimen holder tube repairs which was submitted on June 1,1976, this increased surveillance is aircady being perfomed on ANO-1.
His proposed change documents the requirement to perform this surveillance and adds a reporting requirement as requested by Mr. Bill Converse of your staff.
