concerning the operating license fee for the Arkansas Nuclear One facility.
Your check in the amount of $226,920.00 is hereby returned to you since Section 170.21 of Part 170 of the Commission's regu-lations does not specify an application fee for an operating license. The operating license fee for your facility sha11 be paid in accordance with 8170.12(b) of Part 170, at which time the Office of the Controller will issue you an invoice for the fee.
